    Add a product from its label. If AI scanning is available, check every extracted field before saving. Leave anything unclear marked as unknown.

  2. Compare your labels

    See which ingredients appear in more than one product. An overlap is a prompt to check the labels, not a reason to change your dose.

  3. Organise and remember

    Keep the directions you have confirmed. Set reminders and record what you took, skipped or postponed. Browser reminders work while the app is open; delivery after closing it is not guaranteed.

This app records labels and organises confirmed directions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, assess your personal safety or recommend a dose. Missing information stays unknown. Do not change prescribed treatment based on the app.

Know where your information goes

You choose whether to use AI scanning. Manual entry remains available. The documented AI setup sends only your label image, with image metadata removed, to AWS Bedrock through Sydney. Processing may take place in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. Your profile is not sent with the image.

The app, database, stored images and encrypted backups are hosted by Railway in Singapore. Sign-in email uses GHL in the United States. Australian AI processing does not mean all your data stays in Australia. See the privacy notice for provider access, retention and deletion limits.

Use Settings to correct or export your records, withdraw consent or delete your account. Remove names and identifying details from label photos before uploading.

Questions before you start

Do I need to buy new supplements?

No. Start by recording what you already own. The app does not tell you to buy or take a supplement.

Can it tell me what dose is safe?

No. Label directions and published references are not a personal safety assessment. Ask a qualified health professional about your own treatment or dose.

Do I have to upload a photo?

No. You can enter the label manually. AI scanning needs separate consent and may be unavailable. Check all extracted details against the original label.

What if I do not know an amount?

Leave it blank. The app keeps missing amounts unknown rather than guessing.
